Yeah, these personalities of the extreme, indeed said to have a project together.

According to sources, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepika Padukone had been roped in by filmmaker Pradeep Sarkar. The film was planned to go on floors from December 2010.

The grapevines had it that the project is put on a hold. The reason for postponing it was due to the script alteration.

However, now there is an official statement from the production, Yash Raj Films, stated that the film is right on its shooting schedule, which in fact had started from 2nd Jan.

Pradeep Sarkar, who got introduced to the industry as assistant director with ‘Mission Kashmir’, later created niche by giving well-acclaimed Parineeta, followed by strong films like ‘Eklavya: The Royal Guard’ and ‘Laaga Chunari Mein Daag’.
